Service Contracts

Our Value Plan covers parts and labor for many of the things that typically go wrong with your heating system and includes an annual tune-up.

Our Comprehensive "No Surprises" Plan covers parts and labor on just about everything that could go wrong with your heating system. It includes an annual tune-up and allowances on heating system and oil tank replacement.

Our Oil Fired Water Heater Coverage can be added to your Value or Comprehensive Plan. It covers oil brner parts, aquastat, controls, emergency switch and anode rods, and labor on your oil-fired water heater. It also provides a $100 replacement allowance should the tank ever leak.

A Central Air Conditioning Plan covers labor on system repairs during normal working hours. This plan covers all parts except compressors, condensing units, air handlers, or evaporator coils. For these parts, a $100 allowance is included.

Normal working hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our Best Value Service Plan for Mobile Homes covers parts and labor on just about anything that might go wrong with the heating system in your mobile home and includes an annual tune-up.
